GENERAL PARTY RENTAL POLICIES - PLEASE REVIEW YOUR CONTRACT!

PARTY RENTAL CONSULTATION:  A telephone call to Party Rental World of San Diego will put you in touch with a party rentals planning professional, who will handle your account by phone, fax, or in person.  Party Rental World consultants are experts in every phase of party planning and their services are always free of charge in San Diego.  To reserve your party rentals Call (858)748-3725 today… you’ll be happy you did.

RESERVATION:  Advanced reservations for services and party rentals for your party or special event is highly recommended.  Our computerized reservation system will assure that the products and services you need to make your event special will be available for you.  A 100% of the contract value is due within 7 days from the date the contract is issued, to hold your reservation.  This is a non-refundable deposit. 

PARTY RENTALS:  Most price quotes are for a one day charge. We charge for time out, not time used. If you desire to use party rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rental rates.  Prices subject to change without notice.  Renter releases Party Rental World of San Diego, it’s owners, employees, and agents from any and all liability and agrees to hold Party Rental World of San Diego, its owners, employees and agents harmless.

DELIVERY FEES:  An authorized representative from your event should be on site to accept and receive delivery of rented items.  Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery.  Party Rental World has a minimal charge for delivery service.  Extra charges may apply to areas that are out of our normal delivery zone (San Diego County), or that are hard for delivery staff to access.  “Normal Delivery” is curbside delivery which is within 20ft. of the delivery vehicle.

SETUP/ TEAR DOWN FEES:  Party Rental World of San Diego charges a minimal fee for special setup/tear down of rented party equipment.  All party rental items that you wish staff to setup should be scheduled with our office in advance.  We cannot guarantee that our staff will be available to setup/ tear down items at your event without advance reservations.

PRICING:  Party Rental World makes every effort to maintain its low prices.  We are constantly looking for ways to cut costs without sacrificing our high level of quality, excellent service, and high safety standards.  We then pass these savings on to you, our valued customers.  However, we do reserve the right to change prices listed on services offered without notice.  Not responsible for pricing errors that may exist in this catalog.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE YOU CAUSE TO RENTED PARTY EQUIPMENT, DAMAGE WAIVERS ARE AVAILABLE AT 10% OF THE PARTY RENTAL CONTRACT VALUE.  WE RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE THIS INSURANCE POLICY, IT PROTECTS YOU FROM ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE.  IT WILL NOT PROTECT YOU FROM THEFT OF THE ITEM WHILE IT IS UNDER YOUR CONTROL OR MALICIOUS DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE ITEM BY YOU.  THE MAJORITY OF THE DAMAGE WE SEE IS FROM DROPPED ITEMS AND INCLIMATE WEATHER.
